In the first 15 seconds I looked at that picture I thought it was a photograph xD

The hair's very well done, and the face is good too, but you took a very difficult picture to reference from and I think that's why you're not entirely satisfied with it. Getting an expression like that just right is very difficult. It looks good overall though.

That is just amazing. It looks exactly like a photo, yet it still has that drawing quality to it...If that makes sense :XD:

I love how the skintones were done with great detail and accuracy, yet the hair is scribbled. But even though it's scribbled, it's all placed right and the colors are still spot on.

This is really good :)

Hey, thanks! Means a lot coming from such a good portrait artist as yourself. Yeah, I just realized how scribbled in the hair is myself.. I have a really bad monitor and my contrast is off, so it was pretty much unnoticeable till I looked at it with a decent screen. But I'm glad it's not necessarily a bad thing..
